CLASSIC is a more manual approach with a manual drip stop, hotplate temperature selection, and a manual flow control on the filter holder for brewing smaller or larger quantities.

SELECT has a dual element with a switch for easy selection when brewing smaller or larger quantities, automatic hotplate temperature setting and a filter holder with an automatic drip stop.

Both models are very easy to use and maintain. Brew time: 5-6 minutes, at optimal brewing temperature, with sufficient contact time between water and coffee for a beautiful cup. ECBC and SCA approved to meet and exceed the Gold Cup Standard.

Mixing lid for a homogenous brew. Copper element. Automatically switches off power to the element when the water reservoir is empty.  40-minute timer for hotplate, switch on again for another 40-minute cycle if required.  Use standard #4 filters.  Comes with a 100-pack of filters.
