We are delighted to introduce you to Nicole Battefeld our Ambassador for Australia and New Zealand.
Nicole is highly accomplished as a barista champion, coffee roaster and trainer, cocktail maker and is the founder of the Female Barista Society. Some of her remarkable achievements include:
- World Coffee in Good Spirits 2019 - 5th place
- German Barista Championship 2019 - 3rd place
- German Barista Championship 2018 - 1st place
- German Barista Championship 2017 - 2nd place
Nicole travels between Berlin and Canberra and to other parts of the world competing in barista and cocktail competitions and enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience where possible.
When Nicole is not at work, she enjoys painting and loves to Boulder.
Nicole has a Moccamaster in Berlin and also one in Canberra, a testament to the outstanding quality and performance of the Moccamaster filter coffee machine.
We very much enjoy working with Nicole and love her enthusiastic and charming personality. She is highly astute, articulate and hardworking and is super passionate about her craft - we also love her good energy and positive vibe.
